assist teacher(s) in classroom on rotational basis, approximately once every 6 weeks

   ongoing parent education for duty parent, as required by licensing

    business meeting regarding school administration and operations

    second Tuesday of each month at 6:50 p.m. - MANDATORY attendance

    school operated by parents

    every family has a specific job to assist in the administration of the school

    fundraising is NOT optional

    preschool supplies and expenses are paid by fees AND fundraising

    variety of events throughout year - ACTIVE participation by ALL families is crucial

10 hours of orientation required for duty parent, to be completed prior to first scheduled duty day

    school furniture must be moved to back room when hall rented on occasional weekend

    approximately four families assigned to each scheduled move on rotational basis

    post-dated cheques for monthly fees are required before starting school

    withdrawal requires one month's written notice or forfeiture of one month's fees

    school does total of three toy washes per year as required by licensing board

    each family must participate in one out of the three toy washes

   at each monthly meeting there are snacks and a raffle

    each family will sign up to bring one raffle item and one snack during the year
